Financial statements and claims experience reports are sent to clients on a monthly basis to provide an analysis on claims trending and utilization of the benefit plan to keep employers updated on plan performance. This ensures that employers are always aware of plan utilization prior to renewal.

Ongoing customer service and a variety of administrative support is provided to meet the needs of employers and plan members.
SEVEN
We support plan members with claims reimbursement and resolutions.

Updates are provided to employers advising of any legislative changes that have an impact on the plan design or administration of the plan.

Cost containment analysis of benefit plan design is performed to ensure the financial sustainability of the plan

Benchmarking data is provided to employers which analyzes trends and how the benefit plan compares to other employers within their industry

Underwriting arrangements are available on a fully insured Retention Accounting and Administrative Services Only (ASO) basis.
